Vitone Riccocia (1889-1946) Was the first boss of the Houston crime family.

Vitone was born in Viterbo, Italy outside of Rome his family was very rich and his family paid for him to go to America where he met Agusto Greco who was a low level hood and future Underboss of the Houston Crime Family. After Greco convinced him to rob a fruit stand Vitone got the Criminal rush.They talked about forming their own Family in New York but they both decided their was too much competiton they choose an untouched place Dallas.They Built their Empire thourgh prohibiton .He retired in 1945 to Rome where he died in 1936. Al Capone copied his look and style.
